Exchanges/Returns
Requests for returns or exchanges must be claimed in writing with 7 days of product delivery, so its best to email us. We will then contact you to advise the most appropriate return address for your area. Returns must be sent in the same condition they arrived, together with your invoice, packaging and the receipt. A further postage fee may be incurred on exchange items where the buyer incorrectly purchased the wrong item or selected the wrong size (eg T-shirts).
Rest assured, refunds & exchanges will be processed promptly upon receipt by Kombi Krazy.
Washing Instructions
All Kombi Krazy t-shirts are made from 100% preshrunk cotton. Expect a small amount of shrinkage after normal washing. Wash warm, and line dry. It’s always a good idea to wash colours separately from whites, especially on the first wash !!
To ensure your shirt retains its colour, it’s a good idea to hang it on the line inside-out.
